Who loves sweet potato fries? We all love sweet potato fries! Especially with a simple, special dipping sauce. We’ve got three here to choose from—Sweet-Spicy Ketchup, Garlicky Ranch Dressing, and Lemon Pesto Aioli. Each comes together in about 10 minutes or less, and they’re all killer with crispy, crunchy, slightly sweet sweet potato fries. Try them all!

Makes about 1 cup
1 Cup ketchup |
1/4 Cup packed light brown sugar |
1 Tablespoon molasses |
1/8 Teaspoon ground cloves |
1/8 Teaspoon ground cayenne pepper, or more to taste |
1/8 Teaspoon salt, or more to taste |
3/4 Cup sour cream |
2 Ounces cream cheese |
1/4 Cup fresh parsley leaves |
1 Tablespoon coarsely chopped fresh dill |
3 cloves garlic |
2 Teaspoons fresh lemon juice |
1 Teaspoon honey |
1/2 Teaspoon pepper, or more to taste |
1/4 Teaspoon salt, or more to taste |
1 lemon |
1/2 Cup mayonnaise |
1/2 Cup prepared pesto |
2 cloves garlic, minced |
1/4 Teaspoon salt, or more to taste |
Sweet-Spicy Ketchup
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the ketchup, sugar, molasses, cloves, cayenne pepper, and salt. Bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer, and cook, stirring occasionally, for 3 minutes.
Set aside to cool to room temperature. Add more salt and/or cayenne to taste before serving.
