Makes 12 muffins
| 1 ½ Cups whole wheat flour |
| ½ Cup oat flour |
| 1 Teaspoon baking soda |
| 1 Teaspoon ground cinnamon |
| ½ Teaspoon baking powder |
| ½ Teaspoon salt |
| 1 Cup orange- or yellow/white-fleshed sweet potato puree |
| ¾ Cup milk |
| 3 Tablespoons coconut oil, melted |
| 3 Tablespoons packed light brown sugar |
| 3 Tablespoons granulated sugar |
| 1 large egg |
| 1 Teaspoon vanilla extract |
| ¼ Cup natural-style peanut butter |
| ½ Cup plain Greek-style yogurt |
| 1 Tablespoon honey |
